Ownership: By submitting any content, you grant StraightTalk.io a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the content in connection with the Services and StraightTalk.io's business.
Warranty: You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to grant the above license and that your content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.

8. Compliance with A2P Authorization and Approval
StraightTalk.io is committed to complying with all A2P messaging guidelines and regulations, including those set forth by the CTIA and applicable carriers. Participants must not use our Services for unauthorized or unsolicited messaging activities. Any violation of A2P guidelines may result in immediate termination of access to our Services.

9. Termination of Participation
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the Services without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
